Maybe it's about time to start thinking about replacing the current staff. Don't let it get like the football team in complete ruins.

West Liberty leadership has never been proactive with their athletic coaching staffs and they don't put silly little winning expectations on them. He will stay until either his conscience or his embarrassment forces him to quit. OR until he gets to retirement age.
