Pincince was not happy with the weather as it was not forecasted to rain until late Friday. Last year they played in a driving rainstorm with 50 MPH winds at Stonehill.

It made for a sloppy first half with plenty of fumbles. AIC will stack the box and make them throw the ball. That is the biggest concern for New Haven going forward is the QB play.

It looks like it may be the Ground and Pound Hounds this year with 380 yards. St A's came out strong and took the early lead and had a chance to put AC in a big hole, but turnovers kept it close. Hounds defense needs to be much better especially at the start of the game. Two weeks of double digit deficits to start out is going to dog them. Not sure the passing attack is going to be good enough to get them out of big holes. On to Southern.

First win for Franklin Pierce. First point scored by a female.
