The Alumni Association has a tailgate at their house(across from the stadium). Student & anybody who wants to can be found on the corner next to the University Center. Not sure how closely this is monitored. They usually have a stage and DJ.
Other groups and students tailgate on the east side of stadium down 2 streets that are there. The President has a tailgate in the priority parking lot next to the stadium - invitation only.
