This weeks updated rankings as of 10-1-19. Several good in region games this weekend that could turn the rankings upside a bit.

NOTES: Several changes in SR1 this week, including at the top. Slippery Rock has overtaken the #1 overall spot from the Fighting Jaleel's, I mean Notre Dame. Shepherd and Urbana fell out of the poll, and East Stroudsburg, who is off to a 4-0 start, has joined the part for the first time in I don't know how long. I cannot recall ESU being ranked in any of my polls since I've been doing this. Well done Warriors.
