Really good to see the Bears having the season that we are having. Basketball is the second most followed college sport nationwide but it’s been an afterthought in Hickory for much of the past 10+ years. I’ve got awesome memories of the Shu rocking in the past and it looks like we’re bringing that energy back. Great crowd against Catawba last night.

Juju’s been all over this on Facebook, but it’s been an incredible start to the spring across LR athletics with 5 teams in the top 25. Watch out for lax, I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see us in the national championship game again. -
LR's 7'2 Conrad Luczynski is a matchup nightmare for almost all D2 (and many D1) basketball teams especially after he notched a career-high 17 rebounds in a double double for the Bears over Catawba this last game.Comment

Wells is a lightning rod off the bench. I saw him twice almost take over the games against C-N. Tay Smith was very good in game in Hickory.Comment
