Saw a choppy stream of the game on the EW youtube page. Good for them!

One sidenote. Did they know they were going to change the school's name from College to University before they installed the turf? It was weird seeing an EWC logo at midfield, but EWU logos on the players helmets lol. Seems like that could have been prevented.

Jacksonville, Florida-Toriano Morgan, and the first contest inside the new, multi-million dollar Nathaniel Glover Community Field & Stadium.

The contest itself proved to be an instant classic as Edward Waters sent the Purple & Orange faithful home happy with a dramatic 24-20 victory over the Lions, winning a season opener for the first time since 2012, when the Tigers defeated Point, 66-34.
