Very curious to see how the starter does against a QB like Barrett Renner. I know ATU will be able to put up some offensive numbers, but will they be able to stop the high power offensive abilities of SAU?

I certainly hope so. I am much more interested in the ATU defense. I'll be watching it very closely.

Playing Devil's advocate here. One QB can keep another off the field by keeping drives alive.

Keeping drives alive also helps the defense. Nothing worse on a defense than several 3 and outs in a row...

Going into week 2 it looks like ATU is making a change at QB. Carter Burcham is getting the start against HSU.

Yes, previously, I think. I believe it may have been re-aggravated in practice, but I am not sure. No idea on the extent of the injury either.

Gosh, I hate Tech has that issue with him now. It's unfortunate for the young man, but he may need to call it quits to free up a scholarship for someone else. However, I bet he is mostly on academic.

Tech isnt a bad team, just too many better teams. At least they are better than most of the Oklahoma schools.
