I find it interesting that Harding technically dropped in both the D2 football poll & the AFCA poll, even though they dominated their opponent this past weekend! Hmmm...

Keep in mind that TAMUC was a top 3 team in both polls and was beat by CSU-P who was in the 20s--naturally CSU-P is going to get a boost and a big one considering the game was in Commerce. Also, Northwest Missouri, another top team in both polls, lost to an unranked Central Oklahoma. Those two games alone are going to cause a bumper car effect in the 10-15 rankings. Most voters are not likely to bump a team they had in the top 5 out of the top 15 on just one loss--not typically.Comment
