So if we wanted the replay officials to have access to say like a Sky camera shot, we would have to get all schools to install a Skycamera system up on the field to use it. like say the alumni cover half of it and other donors from around the league chip in some cash to make it happen for the whole league??
I don't know if it's up to each conference or if it has to be the same for all of D2?
