As I mentioned on the GMAC board, I think this will be a scheduling alliance to compensate for the GLVC's loss of Benedictine and the GMAC's loss of Malone. With each league having eight teams and football games between the two leagues being considered in region (the GLVC and GMAC are in different Super Regions for football, but, because they're both in the Midwest Region, it appears as though the same states for in-region competition in all other sports applies to football; I posted examples in my GMAC board response).Originally posted by UFOILERFAN View PostCal U (Pa.) Not the merger like I was hoping for. Just a GLVC vs GMAC D2 Bowl game played in the Region Indiana. Probably U Indy former Coach Bart had something to do with that since he has strong ties to the Hobart area. Would have liked to see East West Divisions in a conference merger with U Indy in the East!
