Tim Beck has resigned

Speculation:

Could it be that John Roderique is headed to Pitt as Head Coach and Lamar's coach Scott Bailey is next up at Webb City High School? Just speculation or guessing. Sure Roderick is a high school coach now, but he has college coaching experience back in the day at Pitt. Also, Dennis Franchonie was a Miller (MO) high school, then a few other HS's then an assistant at K State before becoming a head coach at Southwestern and then Pitt State. It all worked for him.

If Pitt's choice is coach Chris Brown from Hays, why wouldn't it already have been announced so he could get going as Ft. Hays (and Pitt's) season ended a few weeks ago?

Me thinks you don't let a coach like Beck go unless the powers that be already had a replacement in mind.

Guess we shall see on Thursday, if that meeting does in fact take place at Pitt to announce their new coach.

Here's a thought.... what if Chris Brown is being courted by Northern Colorado?

To be fair, he did coach under ware at Truman and Southern. Had Ware not died, who knows where Bailey would have ended up.
