Will non football schools get a vote on things that impact football?

I would doubt it. In the PSAC, for example, a school abstains on votes athletic administrator and full board items involving sports in which they don't sponsor (ie. Mansfield and Pitt-Johnstown abstain on votes relating to football). If the MIAA uses the same standard, then I'd expect Newman and Rogers State to formally abstain on board votes impacting football.
