They've held votes for non-con schedules in the past and the outside schools (Kearney, UCO, Lincoln) vote yes and the KC schools (Northwest, Pitt, Central) vote silo. Always a close vote but silo has always won.
If the 0 week game passes in January, that'll be your non-con game.
If I’m not mistaken Hays has always tried to keep the conference silo as well which has always pissed me off. Not sure why we don’t go into NSIC territory or RMAC. We used to recruit Denver heavily but have fallen off. A game in RMAC area would help
