That was the most Western way to end a good regular football season I've ever seen. What. The. ****. Least we know now that we don't deserve to make the playoffs this year. Not after that sad whimper of a total melt down.

Amazing show of heart and grit by Southern. They were the better team on this day. They made play after play to take this one. That's why football's not played on paper and there's two halves to every football game, not including possible over-time lol.

I agree. I understand how Rainy feels, but I don't like the way he expressed it. Gotta say, I have no idea where the heck our defense disappeared to in the second half of this game, but Southern played like men possessed on O in the second half. It was maddening, but impressive. I mean hell, one of Southern's best receivers made at least two clutch catches with a bum arm late in the game. He was holding his arm in between plays like it was messed up and really hurting him.

My understanding was the probation had no ban on any type of post season play. could be wrong though.
