HC nomination is an automatic HM list. Other coaches voting moves them up the tier list. Sounds like Dorrell didn’t value him or half assed it

Let me clarify - I benefitted from the current system so I realistically have nothing to complain about. (Nice talking point on a resume oddly enough)

We just viewed 1-3 as being top 25% and a true salute to excellence even if 2-3 teams were somewhat dominated by teams that won more games.
