  • Casual Observer's Regional Rankings by the Numbers - 11/5/2018

This is what I show for this week:
    1.) MN Mankato NSIC
    2.) Tarleton St LSC
    3.) MN Duluth NSIC
    4.) CSU-Pueblo RMAC (Flips to 5)
5.) Colorado Mines RMAC (Flips to 4)
    6.) C Washington GNAC
    7.) TX A&M Commerce LSC
    8.) Midwestern St LSC
    9.) Azusa Pacific GNAC
    10.) Chadron St RMAC

Things I see for the swap in 6-8 for this week is 1.) SOS, Central got a little bump from SW Baptist OOW. Also, TAMUC and MSU took a hit for playing the 2 worst teams in the conference. 2.) D2 Vs .500 - Central is 3-1 this week and Commerce and MSU are 2-2. Next week MSU and Commerce will have 3 wins vs. 500 and Central will only have 2 (Assuming Eastern New Mexico beats Western Oregon). 3.) Road wins - Central and Commerce each have 5 and MSU has 4.

So you don't think Mines' H2H win over Pueblo keeps them on top at the end?

Everything is almost the same except Road Wins. Pueblo will have 5 and Mines will have 4.

How far off were you last year from the NCAA Rankings?

It has to, this is just pure numbers...if they end up 4 & 5 then it has to be Mines at 4. I don't think Mines wants to draw Pueblo first, we will see if the committee leaves it at that though.

Correct this is all numbers. This has nothing to do with human input.
