  • Hounds vs Ponies

Eastern's offense has done well in 4 games thus far controlled the pace and scored well. Defense has played a bend don't break style and has generated 12 opponent turnovers.

Midwestern has done well till this last week -3 yards rushing is a glaring statistic. Their defense has never been the star of the show there, they are built to stop spread teams and play with a lead, coupled with their trouble kicking field goals they are playing short handed. Having said that Maskill hasn't amassed the wins he has by not making adjustments, i promise you the team that took the field this week will not be the same team that Eastern sees on Sat. MSU defense has been solid in the past, they too play a bend don't break style and try to generate turnovers.

Both teams are on must win mode, MSU more so than eastern cause with 2 losses they should be out, If Eastern can not turn the ball over and not surrender a short field on special teams they can win this game. Defensively they need to not give up big chunks in the passing game.

Looking forward to this one! Go Hounds!

I don't what it is about Midwestern, but they always seem to have our number. Greyhounds need to draw first blood and never let up.

Midwestern's offense is not in the same solar system as it was the last couple of years. They don't have the QB who scares your like Rabb did so you can load up the box. They played good defense for the most part however.

Just started watching the stream; Greyhounds up 7 to 3 with 2:05 left in the 1st quarter (I think).

Hoinds were running well there though.

Running would have been better with a touchdown at the end of that series, but they're marching down the field again.

Strand didnt get out far enough and knocked the ball out of his own hands on the center.
