In between Graystone turned around the TAMUCC Islanders volleyball program. His last year they didnt lose a conference game and finished 31-5. Despite that record the NCAA still sent them to Texas A&M First round of the NCAA tournament. Islanders have recovered a bit and made the NCAA's this year but he is missed.
