I just now discovered infamous former Houston Oilers and Atlanta Falcons head coach Jerry Glanville is the new DC at NWOK State. How can this be? What kind of head coach would hire that guy, who is 82?

It turns out infamous former WT coach Ronnie Jones is the head coach! Looks like things aren't on the upswing just yet, with the Rangers losing their first game 34-7. The team was 1-10 last year.

I don't think Elvis will be attending any of their games.

Don was the runner up for the job Jones got, however once he did finally get the job, he canned over half of Ronnie's players, then won 10 games in his first year.

Jones had a 5-27 record at WT.

What's wrong with Jerry Glanville other than he is old?

I thought he was a lousy head coach when he was with the Oilers.

When he was the Falcons head coach, he really hated one of the newly drafted QBs and traded him. His name was Brett Favre.

Mike Leach was an assistant at Valdosta State, said it was the most fun he'd ever had in coaching.

Yea as a packers fan I'm not mad. I've been privy to sit in on Glanville talk about his special teams and defense loved learning from the guy.... still use some of his ideas.

The brilliance of Glanville's defensive genius is still not evident. They have lost their first 2 games by the combined score of 90-9.

Maybe they should promote Jerry to head coach, and demote Ronnie Jones to water boy.
