FCS House Settlement fall-out: Houston Christian opts out of Settlement

By opting out, HCU is liable for $3 million in back damages, with HCU paying the NCAA $300,000 per year over the next 10 years. Programs have until June 15 to opt in/out. The entirety of the Ivy League opted out, as well as FCS programs North Dakota and Sienna. Look for a bunch more over the coming days.
