Best WT coach I've watched since 1968. There's been some really good ones. From Dennis Walling, to Ron Ekker, Mark Adams, and Rick Cooper.

I've been to several practices. This year's team is young, young, young.......and inexperienced. I expect a lot of growing pains. They are not untalented, but.......

Tarleton's grown too big for their britches. NO WAY they could get away with hiring a lowly D2 coach today.

I wouldn’t say that. By the way, Billy Clyde was reinstated today effective immediately. A lot of folks are saying this this will be his last year due to health concerns, but who knows I think a lot is riding on whether they make the big dance or not. Supposedly, we’re supposed to have a really good team this year last year we were riddled with injuries the whole year. but to your point about Tarlton not hiring a D2 coach I think you would be wrong. It would just all depend on the resume. would our next coach be from the D2 ranks I don’t know, but it could. It is certainly possibility. It would all depend on Who would be available. All I can tell you is that they’ll hire who they think is the best candidate.

I would also say the attendance numbers at the football games are accurate. We had about 21,000 for a Mississippi Valley state almost 24,000 Chattanooga in the last game Against southern< Utah. We only had about 15 to 17,000 somewhere in that range
