Ok, he’s right in the video about MSUM’s facilities. It seems like the entire athletics section on campus is “Alex Nemzek ______" haha. I will say that Nemzek isn’t the best stadium out there, but I think it has looked really great since the new field was installed. Yes the Scheels sign is big, but the Dragons were able to get a good playing turf and it’s identity really shines with the logo in the middle and the painted end zones.
I also like how the stadium is accented with the red handle bars, etc. Another thing I’ve appreciated about Nemzek is the amount of green space that surrounds it. It looks nice having some space away from nearby roads and railroad tracks.
I’ve been to Bemidji’s stadium a few times, and it’s a solid place to catch a game especially with the lake. The two stadiums that look best from what I’ve seen on broadcasts are Augusta’s and Northern State’s, both appear to be really great sites.
