The two pieces above, were copied from that article. Not relevant to our NSIC/D2 squads...I saw that in D3, the only way to Red Shirt is to remove yourself from the team, no practices or anything. I found that to be interesting as well

You are correct, All sports 30% of teams scheduled regular leagues games. Pre-season, post season count against the 30%

So 30% of 11 is 3.3, which is likely 3 games without losing the "shirt" or not? It's so interesting how the rules change as you go from D1 to D2 with these different rules
