I really enjoyed watching the relays. Probably because most of my track medals and ribbons came in those events- my teammates helped me out. The opening leg of the men's 4x4 was amazing for the US- you could see him making up the staggers like a shot out of a cannon.

Do you follow the professional Diamond League Track & Field circuit? I've been watching it for a few years and really enjoy the meets they show on CNBC.

It was the first time the World Championship was held in the USA and the folks in Eugene did a great job!
