The attendance numbers from WSC/SMSU were released and it officially hit 1,347 - which is on the larger side of what the P/E gym can accommodate. Though I don't think it ranks in the top 10 all time for SMSU.

Would honestly be cool if we could try to break our own record by hosting a game in the bigger gym some season.

One interesting note about that game was it evened up the all-time record - at 31-31-1.

That’s solid attendance for an NSIC indoor sport. Two top team, very nice turnout.

Yes, that's really good attendance. I think we average 800-900 - which honestly isn't that bad either.

The atmosphere was unreal. What really surprised me was the student section was packed and they were pretty into it, and I think that resonated throughout the entire gym. They interviewed one of the players on the football pregame show and she said that's why they use the PE Gym as opposed to our basketball gym because it creates such a tough environment when it fills up.

Wayne was the better team and they played great this go-around. Props to them.

Great match in Edmund between the MIAA Central's. CentralMO had a 14-11 lead in set 5 but CentralOK held off 3 straight match points to tie the set at 14. The next 13 points were won by the team that was not serving. CentralMO never trailed but didn't win the match until 22-20.

Kudos to all of the California teams (where I live).
