Still not sold on Washburn.

Beat a winless Kearney team by 10 (and it was closer than that), beat a winless NSU team by 3, lose to a UCO team that has been getting killed of late and beat Truman by 11.

Sorry, nothing impressive at all there.

What a mess to an already confusing finish! If (probably) Pitt returns to form then MoWest will outside looking in. When the dust clears I think you'll see a decent showing by Emporia against NWMS and the the playoff teams become NWMS, PSU and ESU with MoWest, Central and (either MSSU or Washburn) fighting for the other bowls. Any way ya slice it it will be some great football!!!

If MW loses to Pitt, they still get a chance to knock off NW later and make 3 @ 2 loss teams.

Who does ESU have left? If they lose to MW, NW, and win the rest it could be a very confusing PO selection with as many as 4 teams with 2 losses.
