Hi Chuck,

Glad you were clear about the Edinboro-Cal result. The Cal SID office successfully spun the game as a defensive domination by the Vulcans ("Defense Fuels Cal Win over Edinboro") when it was rather a display of mutual offensive ineptitude. What really surprised me was how Edinboro's undersized and inexperienced offensive line was able to grind it out with Cal's DL.

I saw the Edinboro v. Bloom game in week 2 and was very impressed by Boro's O-line. They are doing a much better job in pass protection this year, and they are also running the ball decently. I have to think Edinboro would have had a chance in this game if Harris had been able to play.
