I'm not a huge fan. I like the idea of a limited window but think it should have stayed at 4 seasons. So maybe the old calendar of 5 years to play 4 seasons....

1) Opposing teams don't want to disclose their roster challenges any sooner than they have to. Not sure...

I think it's going to be rare to see sustained success by anyone in D2 let alone the PSAC. There's much less loyalty and sense of commitment by players...

Yes and no. He can't rescind union contracts. But he can dictate strategy and propose to to the trustees fee changes that he believes will drive enrollment....

Good point. If a player has just one semester of eligibility left but he's already graduated with his bachelors, I believe they can't add him to the roster...
