Nobody demanded them, but I figured I throw my hat in the ring to the round of 24 to see how well I truly know the NCAA Division II Super Region 3 and beyond. Let's be honest, it's a crap shoot at times. Sometimes games are obvious, sometimes the championship game is a let down and the quarterfinals and semifinals act as the true championship. What really matters is the top 24 teams in the nation (subjective, but at least 88% right, which is pretty good) battle it out starting this weekend.
I'm a D2 nut and try to devour everything on this great site, but even I'm clueless at times (not just football, mind you). I'll hopefully have a winning record (including picking the right champ) when all is said and done.
Congrats to those who made it, travel well and good luck to all teams.

Here's a bit of a disclaimer: For as good as the SR3 seems to be, with more than half the teams in that region only playing within their repsective leagues, it's still difficult to gauge how good our region is and will be starting this weekend. Obviously I'm a fan of the GSC and MIAA and I'm not high on the GAC, NSIC and the specific teams such as Ferris State and North Alabama who were both highly ranked. Maybe I'm right, maybe I'm wrong. I'm just going to enjoy the playoffs.

The NSIC will have now won their 2nd SR3 championship in the 3 years since the realignment. The MIAA is by far the best Conference in the Nation, but the NSIC has so really good programs, and they play pretty well with the big boys of SR3
The NSIC won the SR3 in 2014, 2012, 2010, and 2008. Granted 2010 and 2008 weren't against MIAA but in 2010 it was an all NSIC final, and Duluth did have to beat a good Grand Valley team in 2008.
