We should understand by now, I mean, tough for anyone to have enough free time to follow all of D2. Not like there is a network covering it or anything.

I'm not sure Moorhead should be higher. Too many question marks going into new season. Definitely a talented group of players, but they need to prove it first before any national recognition. Wouldn't be surprised if they finished 1st or 8th in NSIC this year. Will know a lot more after fist 5-6 games.

I think everyone who follows NSIC basketball will be surprised if they finish 8th this year.

I'm not going to make any firm judgements about Moorhead until I see how they do vs Concordia.

These preseason rankings largely go by the previous postseason's results. Not really surprised, but really wish we weren't getting all this attention. I guess that's what you get for taking the national champs to the final seconds.
