Mules get taken to school in Jeff City at half score was 45-23 down 19 with three minutes left same thing happened last year were 6th in ranking lost last few games and had to win tournament to go to post season. Half of people acting like I am crazy to be dissatisfied but all anyone has to do is check the record of coach K to see he is not up to Mule standards.

Honestly, I'm not siding for or against Coach K. I will say though, Mac lost at Lincoln one year and lost at home to Lincoln another year. I'm pretty sure one of those years was one of the Sweet 16 teams although I don't have the time or care to look it up. I'm sure glad we didn't run him out of town after either of those.

So, I personally didn't start posting until January of 2017. Here are some statistics that should make Mule fans go hmm, with two road games left this year coach K has a 21_20 overall road record. With three conference games left his overall MIAA record is 46_30. These stats are provided on the UCM website. I'm sure conference tournament records are not included. So after 4 years we have a coach who is a little over .500 on the road and who has averaged 4 to 5 more wins than losses in conference. So the non conference record must be pretty good. Well most teams in conference have good records outside of conference he is supposed to win those games. He is simply not getting it done during prime time.

Still have work to do to make the regional. Have to play two teams that beat them earlier in the season. The first season was great as has been stated but the last three have not been up to those standards so those statistics also play in the above records. That's why fans need to say hmm and speak out. Mule Nation has under achieved these last three years. I Personally just don't see coach K dominating the MIAA the way past coaches have.

So if the Mules make the regional, what is your standard for "getting it done?"

Short of winning the conference and/or hosting the regional, it's not like there is a whole lot more he can do besides finish a few spots higher in the regional rankings.

Here's a news flash for you and your dating partner (nw hoops boy)....we don't care what coach k does or doesn't do the rest of this season.....it makes no difference in the big picture. We're focused on the future and returning Mules Basketball to prominence. End of story.

We tried, but we couldn't make the long distance relationship work.

You do realize your post is illogical right? What he does the rest of the season completely makes a difference in the big picture. If the Mules somehow make and win the Regional to reach the Elite Eight, it directly impacts the future of the program. Unless that still wouldn't be good enough for you UCM fans, which I'm starting to think may be the case.

I recognize that several of you don't feel that's a likely outcome, and it's not like I think it's likely myself, but if your team is in contention to make the regional at the end of the regular season, odds are you have had pretty solid year and have a reason to be optimistic about the future.

I was at the Lincoln game. I have never witnessed anything like it. Their #2 could not miss. He would have three guys on him, chuck a shot and it would go in. Meanwhile our guys would have a beautiful possession, textbook ball movement. They would shoot a wide-open shot, ball would go partially in and pop back out. The Mule Fanatic must have put a curse on the guys.

We missed 1st shot, Lincoln made theirs. We miss, they miss, ball goes off Lincoln player and official gives ball to Lincoln. Of course Lincoln scores. Mules miss another wide open shot, Lincoln rebounds Mules get the stop then miss another wide open shot, get another stop miss again ball to Lincoln. Another huge missed call by officials results in another score for Lincoln. Game over....

I think the Lincoln player could have been blindfolded and he still wouldn't have missed. Not only was he on fire offensively, defensively he dominated Lowerance.
