The Wolves are under way against Pitt St. Curious as to why Kusler nor Marti started. RS freshman Brooke Luitjens got the start today with true freshman Wadsworth.

Noticed yesterday that Klug is not on the MSU roster. Assuming they don't have her, that is a major loss. Very quick and athletic player, and I believe was on the all-freshman NSIC team two years ago.

Three Iowa kids, one from the Twin Cities, and Joey Batt from New Ulm Public H.S. Batt has already had an outstanding career as an underclassman; hopefully she can develop into a very good collegiate player at MSU.

Mavs lost by 20. The 6'5" freshman Fett played 16 minutes, with 9 points. I hope they give her and Polson lots of playing time this year, as it seems to be a rebuilding year.

Was in Marshall today- saw Black Hills State beat William Jewell in OT and Southwest beat UW-Parkside. I talked to the Parkside coach, who was at UND girls basketball camp when I worked there- as a camper. Hadn't seen her in 15 years. Nice to catch up!
