I thought it was a ticky tack foul but of course I was glad to see him gone. The guy behind me said, "I never would have called that! He was fun to watch." And that was a former Mav player.

Lambert's 25 points and late game takeover show what he may do for this team. Cam Martin looks like the real deal. Reggie Tharpe was impressive in his point guard debut.

The depth is concerning, unless you consider these two high quality opponents. In other words, I think we have others who will get into their game as we play against a little less competition than what we've just seen, no disrespect intended to our upcoming opponents.
I agree with you. It will be interesting to watch Jadis White develop, along with more of our big guys. He played today's game with a very tight rotation, but I think he will work on building depth in some future games. Clark will definitely be okay, and it was great to see Lambert step up with some huge plays and a huge game. I think this will be an exciting year.

Charley's- if you want fine dining this is my favorite place.

Bradley's is right across the street:

Zanz's. Not fancy at all, but if you want something different, try their cheese chilito. I've never had them anywhere else that could compare.

Thank you very much for your recommendations! We tried several of these, and they were all very good.

I agree with Augieholic. I think the regional will be in St. Cloud or Maryville (since Pitts replacement has already been found). I just hope we're one of the 8 teams there at the end of the year. But lots of work ahead for a marginal team like us.
After what I saw this weekend, I wouldn't be too worried about that. You guys have a very nice club. Cam Martin is a stud.

How about Marg's post game statement, "we played two very good teams this weekend and next weekend we play the third best out of the group". Hey dumba$$, who won both their games this weekend. We'll show you third best next weekend.

Depth is a big issue for NW right now as well. We are an injury away from being a vastly different team.

Martin of Missouri Southern is one of the very best post players I've seen in Division II.

Lions move to 10-1 overall with today's 105-90 win over Upper Iowa.

                  Merry Christmas to all!
