    Re: Regional Rankings

For tomorrow's update (through games on Sunday) here's how I see it:

    1. NW Missouri
    2. Washburn
    3. Northern
    4. St Cloud
    5. Missouri Southern
    6. Southern Nazarene
    7. Minnesota State
    8. SE Oklahoma
    9. Wayne
    10. Lincoln

Everyone seeded #1-6 feels like a lock to make it regardless of what happens in the conference tourneys. 7-10 is an educated guess, SE Oklahoma was actually ahead of Wayne in the Performance Indicator in last weeks data and they went 2-0 with a win over Southern Arkansas, Wayne and Lincoln barely hang on based on the fact that at least they played (and lost to) decent teams. UMD, USF, Augie, and Southern Arkansas are barely outside the top 10 in my estimation and a deep conference tourney run by them could flip the script.

I think the MIAA is only getting 3 (but a VERY good 3 it is). I think the last 2 spots will go to NSIC teams (Mankato, Wayne, Augie, Duluth, or USF). I agree the top six are locks.

Exactly what I was going to type out, except Mankato wont be listed in the top ten.

They shouldn't be at least. Would be shocked to see them in the top 10.

I'd agree with you and am shocked they're still coming in at #7.

Real question is, after the Mavericks lose tonight to Bemidji, will they stay at 7th or fall to 8th?

It is bad enough that Coach Sal comes on here gloating about retirement and his warm weather travels, we dont need him in here rubbing a Bemidji victory in everyone's face and how right he was about them playing much better down the stretch. ;)

Wolves rolling over Concordia currently. Wachs needed just over 6,000 on hand tonight to average 4,000 a game on the year. Probably arent going to get it but will be semi-close.

Wolves up 36-19 5:19 to go

You should be well recovered by the time they play again, based on how the first half went tonight.

                              I expect a rally...from both of you.

Wolves up 46-32 at half. Got very sloppy last give minutes. Nine players have played five or more minutes with no less than three points a piece. Shooting 58%, 7-14 from deep and 5-5 from the FT line.
