Southwest gets away with two fouls, misses shot, Wayne gets board on breakaway and is bailed on a generous call, hits both FTs, Southwest comes down and hit three at the buzzer. Stangs up 39-37 at the half. I'd be shocked if there isnt a T on Kamnisnky or Bigler, both coaching their tails off and intense.

A few...umm...shaky calls in the first half. To Wayne's benefit early, to our benefit late in the half. SMSU finally got some shots to fall late in the half to come roaring back. Gonna be a very intense 2nd half.

That last shot Bruggy just got fouled on was a prime example, watched live and on replay here and virtually no contact yet he falls on his butt

It was obvious enough from the bleachers. South American soccer players have nothing on his flopping skills. Bruggy is a great player, but I do not appreciate this part of his game. I hope it isn't emulated, and wish it wasn't rewarded. It is bad for the game (regardless of who is doing it).

Having said that, Southwest came to play. Maximum effort and good shooting on display.

Evidently there must not be the same rule in volleyball. I've been to college games where they never did sit down.

I just laughed when the ref literally stopped what he was doing, blew his whistle, and told them to sit down. At least you were as mad as me!

They mostly dont, ever. Apparently we have the wrong anatomy, never seen a warning in a womens hoops game either and they do it just as much

Makes sense.... basketball rosters are right in the path of an official if standing on the sidelines. VB officials don't move

If the ball is on the far left side of your screen and the bench is standing on the far right side on the screen, opposite side of the court they srent in the way in the least bit, and the distraction is not greater than fans sitting behind the bench.

Some of my Mustang brethren are unhappy with how this game is being officiated.

Maybe Ryan should have flopped when he got clubbed on that layup attempt:)

Either way, we need some Mustang Magic if our season is going to continue.
