Good performance by the Cats. Gotta take care of Sioux Falls on Monday.

Odd that both men and women's MSUM teams lost so early in tournament. Looks like a Northern and Wayne to be favorites in women's tourney, unless USF stays hot.

I would not put anything past USF....and of the teams left, NSU lost to 2 of them and beat USF by one....they are playing extremely well right now but it's just the facts.

Sioux Falls had some amazingly athletic and fast guards when I saw them play last week in Mankato; also a very capable center. WSC has made great progress since early in the season, when they looked very average. Winona and Northern both very talented, so very difficult to predict which of the four will win the tournament. Moorhead may drop a position or two in the regional rankings, but will no doubt be in. Doubtful if more than one team besides Moorhead from the NSIC gets in the regional tournament.

WSC has been on a roll recently. They split with USF, swept Winona and beat Northern. But any of the 4 could win it
