This will be a very popular decision. Marty is a local boy and was a player when UNK was at its peak. Alumni response seems to be really positive so far.
I can speak highly of Marty personally, having met and interacted with him many times while he was at Central Community College. He was a good representative of the school and community and held his players to a high standard while building good relationships with them. You could tell he had a vested interest in their success both on and off the court.
