Conference Crossover Games

Last year, if I remember correctly, the South Central Region consisted of just the LSC and RMAC. According to the forums directory page, The South Region now has the LSC, RMAC and HC (Heartland Conference?).

I wonder if that is, indeed, correct?

Anyway, as I understand it, there are pre-conference play crossover games. For example, Chadron State plays Texas A&M International and Texas A&M Kingsville, as they have for the last several years. These crossover games are extremely important, as they have direct implications on which conferences have more representation in the South Regional of the D2 Big Dance.

Here is a list of the crossover games, and I plan to update this as games are played.

I am doing it for the men's. Someone else, if interested could do it for women's.

Well, I was going to list the crossover games, but the RMAC website is not showing the basketball schedule at this time. I will check every couple of days to see if the website has updated its schedule to include basketball and then I'll do the same with the LSC website, and the Heartland website.

Okay thanks. I checked the LSC website, and like the RMAC, they haven't updated their schedule to include basketball either.

From what I am seeing most schools in the RMAC have their basketball schedules posted. You could figure out the challenges by going to the team schedules. Not sure anyone wants to put in that much work, but just another option

Yes, I know that it can be done this way. But, I'll just wait for the more efficient method when it becomes available.

Overall, a pretty poor showing by the RMAC as their best teams from last year fell (Fort Lewis, Colorado Mesa, Chadron State), or barely won (Colorado Mines).

MSU Denver with a 80-79 win today on the road in Canyon over WT A&M. With that, the RMAC now has 15 wins to the LSC's 16.

Right, but on both of their games Friday and Saturday night, results of the game there was not being reported until much, much later than any of the other games. Maybe the opposing team's AD or SID had to place a phone call to their team's head coach for a score on that game that night. Like how things had to be done in the mid 90's and earlier.
