  • #12 WWU Falls to #19 WTAMU, Dickson Makes Debut

90-83 for Western's 1st loss of the season. I figured they wouldn't survive Vegas undefeated. But if you recall we were wondering what happened to Deandre Dickson. He made his debut with WWU scoring 10 points with 4 rebounds in 15 minutes. Next up Western will have to face #15 Tarleton State. Also, Simon Fraser is playing in that tournament vs. those same teams. God bless their souls hahahaha

WWU loses narrowly 84-83 to TSU. Hot shooting but badly out-rebounded, especially on the offensive boards. Dickson didn't play in that game.

    Vegas...

      Vegas...
WWU doesn't play much defense, though they might have enough offensive firepower to win the GNAC ... hope not.

The three LSC teams swept everybody here in Vegas. Angelo State, Tarleton, and WT knocked off WWU, Simon Fraser, and Rollins. WW had Tarleton down 81-76 with a couple minutes left and couldn't close it out. The LSC conference will be a brutal battle this year.

The WT/WW game was a good game to watch. Buffs held the WW point guard to 21 instead the 44 he'd had in their previous game. WT, 14-1, has a chance to be pretty good.
