#1 is sorta tough because the Eastern WA team has experience in winning a championship (Harris, Perez, and Clyde) but so does Tacoma (Berry, Sprinker)

#2 would be Seattle all the way. That team would be super stacked and even if the LA/Vegas guards were able to match Seattle's, Seattle's bigs would also dominate.
