They may be the best two loss team in the country. Kind of like GV being the best 5 loss team in the country in 2014.

Harding still being ranked a spot ahead of the team that beat them is the puzzler for me.

Why is D2.com poll a strict cutoff at 25? Why don't they show other teams receiving votes?

It'd be kind of neat to make the poll a Top 28 since that's how many teams will make the playoffs and the poll shows the 28 teams they think 'should' be in the playoffs.

That is a totally different item.

Region 3 and Region 4 each have nine ranked teams. Region 2 has four ranked teams. Region 1 has three ranked teams. If the season ended today, two of the ranked teams from Region 3 and 4 will not make the playoffs. Four teams in Region 1 that are unranked will make the playoffs, and three teams in Region 2 that are unranked will make the playoffs. So a Top 28 will not indicate which teams will make the playoffs.

Kind of like last year when we finished the AFCA poll one spot behind the team we beat to claim SR3.

Maybe because we had a better record and beat the teams you guys couldn't.

In both cases (Ferris/Harding) (SAU/Harding) the polls were wrong. Makes you wonder if the voters even know who gave Harding their loss and only going by school prestige.

I could see the voters looking at an all defensive win like that as a coin toss deal, I guess.
