I think it's gotten to the point where Fort Lewis needs to reverse course. They've struggled in spurts over the last decade, but this is as bad as they've ever been. Anyone in the RMAC knows that Durango is considered one of the top destination towns in the conference. They just haven't shown any progress in two years and there is some potential to recruit with Phoenix and ABQ close by.

Probably the HC with the longest sustained record of failure in DII football land is West Liberty's Roger Waialae. Two winning seasons (6-5) in the last 11 seasons! Buuuutttt...by all accounts, he ain't going anywhere!!
