Ivy League schools could buy titles in every sport if they wanted to..if Penn can spend billions to rebuild and redevelop whole swaths of Philadelphia they can pay foosball players. The Ivies were foosball powerhouses 70-80 years ago.

That is true. They do got ridiculous amounts of money to throw at it. And it would be pretty easy for them to throw that money at any FBS guys who have the grades to get into an Ivy and survive there.

What? Are you saying Penn is D2? If so, that's incorrect. All of the Ivy League football teams are FCS. Penn also has a Sprint Football team, but that's not D2 either.
