Last year was all about ODU and UF - with ODU winning the head to head, and UF making the playoff run. The two teams had some separation from the other G-MAC teams (with the heat-to-head loss being the only conference loss between them).

It will be interesting to see if the coaches agree with Lindy's.

ODU should edge both teams out this year, but they have huge shoes to fill at quarterback. But last year they handled Findlay and Hillsdale pretty convincingly!

There is some separation between the top-4 and rest of conference (more space between 4 & 5 than there is between 1 & 4).

Wonder who would be the first of the bottom five to beat one of the top four in the GMAC. Walsh did beat Findlay once and Tiffin consistently before Goff turned the program around.
All of the top four have at least one quality OCC opponent on the schedule.

For an August game, the VULCANS visit to PANTHER FIELD on Thursday 8/30 @7PM, could have far-reaching consequences for whoever comes out on the losing end. Both teams have aspirations of winning their respective conferences, but if they don't, 2-3 loses could result in no post season. Don't know enough about ODU to comment, but CAL U comes in with a very young team, an unknown quantity at QB and two tough x-over games at KUTZTOWN and SHIPPENSBURG following this one. If they lose more than one of these first three, the season could be over somewhat like ODU last year. Can anyone tell me if this came will be streamed in any way ?
