So if the sprint football team has some good players, would the big football team try to recruit them over? Can they play both?

They probably weren't recruited by D2 teams due to their size and I doubt they're allowed to play both. The sprint players are in good shape, agile and quick. If you don't meet the weight requirement you don't play. Even the linemen are quick in sprint football, no guts hanging out. To be honest, I enjoy watching the AB sprint team more than the D2 team. Go Battlers!
