Yikes. It's already not great for a coach to leave so soon before the the start of a season, but sometimes these things are unavoidable. But to leave before the start of a season for a D3 school that hasn't finished above .500 in 15 years? Not a great look at all

I'm gone for a little while and come back to this?!? WTH is going on in Springfield?! AIC need to get their **** straight if they cant hold on to a coach more than a year. One year dude?! What happened to the plan you had?! These coaches aren't any better than some of these kids who bounce around from school to school. Then you go to a D3 school?! Dark days! Sadly, this will be another lost season. Crash and f****** burn!

There are only 2 coaches left according to the website. I did some research to see if AIC has more football coaches, but none were found.

It’s now 3 coaches since Wilkins retired after the 2019 season, and it definitely looks really bad when your coach leaves because he thinks a bad D3 program is a better fit. Hope AIC gets things together since the NE10 needs it.

It’s a damn shame. Ever since that 2014 season we have been struggling. Our third coach since 2019. That’s awful. Maybe going on 4. This guy is only a interim

After doing some research on new coach Chipka, he had success everywhere he went. Started in Ohio as a high school head coach. The team improved each year. Then went on to Wingate college and was the special teams coordinator and TE/FB coach. His special teams unit was top-25 ranked in the nation. Maybe AIC is in good hands.
