That's a great point. The answer is not enough. Outside of Cheyney, the only two I can think of in the 71-year history of the PSAC are Isaac Collins (Seton Hill) and JC Morgan (Millersville).

The NFL now requires a minority or female coach on the offensive side of the ball. How soon until the PSAC follows suit?
