    Never a front-runner. However, now that you mentioned it, BOTH Baseball and Softball had fantastic seasons, both advancing to Regionals, and Softball going to their first World Series.

    I think I would call the best season in program history a little better than a pretty good run.

    Millersville downed The Stewies to make it to the Cary round.

    They are the top seed.

    IUP still beat them.

    East Dennyburg softball just fell short of the final four..still a pretty good run.

    Not always. Not anymore. It was nice to see him take the long-term approach and start over with largely freshmen. Some of these coaches today sign 20-25 transfers in their first year -- and pretty much ignore high school players.

    I wouldn't worry so much about people leaving. If they leave, they leave. You can only deal with that when and if it happens.
