Area TV stations are terrible. We've had PSAC alums working at a lot of these stations, and you wouldn't know PSAC sports exist — Penn State, Penn State, Penn State, yada, yada, yada.

I work at one of those area TV stations and I can tell you a lot of people at my station who work on air feel the same way. Our sports department the last year or so has taken a bad turn with the quality. So many times they'll talk about Penn State football over the most trivial stuff while ignoring the Bears or local college teams who are killing at the national level or even some pro teams (mainly MLB and NHL). Even a lot of the well known names and faces at this station talk about how inept our sports department has become.
