Slippery Rock gets a FG before halftime. 9-7 Rock at the half. Kutztown offense and defense has been hit-or-miss from drive-to-drive. KU's defense needs to play tighter coverage on Rock's receivers, stop playing soft on them. That worked well when they did that. Put more pressure on Rock's QB. KU's offense did well when they were able to run. KU's offense does best when they just run. Gives their passing offense better opportunities. Stating the obvious, but KU really needs to be smart and execute well in the 2nd half.Comment

Novak missed a simple pass on a screen play and it unraveled from there with penalties. No points for Kutztown after having moved the ball fairly easily.Comment
